Deliveries and returns
Orders placed before 10:00 PM will be shipped the same weekday and are delivered the next day in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France. and UK. Other countries vary from 2 to 5 business days.
Once the goods have left our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with a track and trace code.
When you receive the package from our courier (Bpost / Postnl / DPD / DHL / UPS), he will ask you to sign for it. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note in your mailbox, from which you can request a second delivery or collect the package yourself at the nearest post office.
The package will be kept at the post office for two weeks, after which it will be returned to PERDU.
You can always specify delivery to an address other than your home address. Our courier usually delivers between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
If you order on a Friday in Belgium and the Netherlands, your package will be delivered on Saturday.
The table below gives you an overview of the shipping costs per country and the estimated delivery time.
These estimated delivery times are only an indication. They are not binding. Delay in delivery cannot constitute grounds for canceling an order or claiming compensation unless the delay was intentional.
Unless otherwise stated, transport and delivery costs are not included in the price of the product. Transport and delivery costs are stated separately.
In the exceptional case that the expected delivery time has been exceeded, you can contact PERDU by email (email@example.com) and our customer service will attempt to track the package for you. Please note: we are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses and any additional costs will be charged.

Returns and exchanges
You can exchange or return your purchase if you find it is not as you expected, whether it is too small, too large or damaged.
Let us know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery.
Please let us know if it is an exchange or a return. Please state the order number and the reason for return (too big, too small, damaged, not as expected, etc.).
Exchanges or returns for which we have not been informed in writing in advance will NOT be refunded!
Please send the piece unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging with all labels and tags. (Note: underwear is not interchangeable for hygienic reasons).
We will send you a new item (if the item is still in stock) or refund the returned item within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Shipping costs incurred by us or by you are non-refundable, so you will receive the purchase price minus the shipping costs.

Returns are at your own risk. We recommend using insured delivery so that a signature is required upon delivery.
