5. FORWARD TO THIRD PARTIES
PERDU does not provide your data to third parties without your prior consent, unless PERDU is obliged to do so on the basis of a legal provision or a court decision. We undertake not to sell the data obtained to third parties for commercial purposes under any circumstances.
PERDU calls on suppliers and subcontractors such as ICT companies for the maintenance and management of our website, companies in charge of deliveries, consultants, marketing agencies, etc. to outsource part of our services to them.
