Ordes placed before 10pm are processed same weekday and will be delivered next day in Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, France . and UK. Other countries vary from 2 till 5 working days.
We will send you a confirmation email with a track and trace code as soon as the goods have left our warehouse.
When you receive the package from our courier (BPost/Postnl/DPD/DHL) he will ask you to sign for it. If you aren’t home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note in your postbox, from which you can ask for a second delivery or collect the package yourself at your nearest post office.
The package will be held at the post office for two weeks, after which it will be returned to PERDU.
You can always specify delivery to an address other than your home address. Our courier usually delivers between 9am and 5pm.
If you order on a Friday in Belgium and The Netherlands your package will be delivered on Saturday.

These estimated delivery times are merely an indication. They are not binding. Delay in delivery cannot constitute a motive for cancelling an order or claiming compensation, unless the delay was deliberate.
Unless otherwise stated, transport and delivery costs are not included in the price of the product. Transport and delivery costs will be mentioned separately.
In the exceptional circumstance that the expected delivery time has been exceeded, you can contact PERDU via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and our customer service will endeavour to track the package for you. Please note: we are not responsible for wrong delivery addresses and any additional costs involved will be charged.

Returns and exchanges
You can exchange or return your purchase if you find it’s not as you expected – whether it’s too small, too large or damaged
Please notify us by sending an e-mail to email@example.com within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery.
Please let us know if it’s an exchange or a return. State the order number and the reason for return (too big, too small, damaged, not as expected…).
Exchanges or returns that we have not been notified about in advance via writing are NOT refundable!
Send the piece unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging with all labels and tags. (Note: Underwear is not exchangeable for hygienic reasons).
We will send you a new item (if the item is still in stock) or refund the returned item within 10 days after receipt of the purchase. Shipping costs made by us or by you are not refundable, so you receive the purchase price minus the amount for shipping costs.

The return shipping is at your own risk. We recommend using an insured delivery so that a signature is required upon delivery.
